Have you tried using the drivers that came with your card instead of the latest ones?

We need more detailed specs, like what motherboard you have, what drivers for it you have installed at the moment, what nvidia drivers you are using...etc

Also, have you just got your Ti4200 or have you had it for a while and it was working untill now...if you only got ti4200, what card did you have before?

Are you overclocking your system? How hot is your cpu/mobo?

If you have any other info on your PC that we might find useful, just post it, the more, the better

Is it only counter strike that you having problems with? ...

Hey Striker,

Maybe the problem is with your game. Why don't you try reinstalling the game? I first had problems too with CS but when I downloaded and applied the two files needed to play counter strike, it worked like a charm. I also have a similar computer setup like you do so things should work. The 2 files I used are 'csv15full.exe' and 'hl1110.exe.'

good luck and try listing more details next time.
