It is to a point depends on what you play for example I have two rigs and their is quite a bit of difference better the two but my Ati 9500 pro scores about the same on both rigs...

Any game that cpu dependant yea your going to have fps issues but any thing that’s more graphics card dependant shouldn’t be as bad. You just can’t run with the IQ cracked up but everything should be pretty well playable… So your system is holding you back a bit…

Anyways the new 61.xx NVIDIA took the next logical step in their um optimizations (know as benchmark cheats more commonly) with application specific optimizations so there should be a lot of changes / improvement in fps.

When I went from a Duran 650 with 768 mb sdram to a 1800+ and 512 pc 2100 when I had my 4200ti my scores went from 8k in 2001se to 13k

Of course that was some time ago…. Back when the 42.xx drivers were new

oh by the way, for the VIA chipset drivers currently 4.37 ... and nvidia drivers 44.03 no oc on the comp so its default 1 gig... seems to be running quicker than the 1125 ... and no OC on the vid card either, OH and running agp 2x with fastwrites off... if i turn it on i get agp 4x ... my mobo is wierd :-/
