Default Post Detonator 40 mouse problems

After installing these drivers my mouse became a bit jerky in winXP but going back to 3082's and its back to normal. anyone having similar probs?

I had problems with the mouse pointers, they were [SIZE=large]HUGE ![/SIZE]
Also, when I tried to open the control panel tab for the options i got the following error ....

An exception occurred when tryin to run this application Shell32dll, Control_RunDLL "C:\WINDOWS\System32\Desk.cpl/",Display"

I went back to my old drivers and everythings ok
