FarCry messed water reflection

When i turn the water to Ultra High i get odd water reflections, like ille walk onto a dock and the top of each pole will be reflected across the water (dont know whats up with that), then when i go to the Mine in the water at the beach and look at it, its reflection doesnt look right @ all. Im useing fw 61.36 on my 5900xt. Anyone kno whats up with this?

I'm afraid that until patch 1.2 FC is buggy as hell on the geforce FX. Best i can suggest is wait or force your device id to be the same as a Radeon 9800 using 3d analyse then launch the game through that.

damn, i wonder if they will ever release that patch. Well i guess i can live with very high water settings instead, as i do not get this messed up stuff on very high, only on ultra.

some good jpegs showing the differences between the fx and ati cards.

or This one by veridian3

I got shadows at medium right now, everything else at very high, im getting 30-50fps in most areas, indorrs it's around 30 usually. I was even able to use 2xAF for outdoor areas and still maintain 40fps +. But on the "Boat" level the very first island u go on to get the bombs, the performance was HORRIBLE until i got off that island. The rest of the islands didnt do what happened on the first, i dont know what that was but it was messed.
How would i go about enabling the r300 runpath for farcry, now i think theres 2 tho, a fp32 and fp16 so im not sure what one would be best to use for me.
