overclocking gpu help

i installed the new Nvidia omega drivers and i want some help in changign the clock frequencies wondering if there are an guides and what are save limits

geforce 4 ti 4200 128ddr 4xagp

stock core 250 memory 446

ive seen around just to raise them both bye 5 mhz
at a time but what do you think i can max this out to ?
btw its is stock cooling
