Well I just installed them and lost about all the performance gain that was found in the 40.41. They also appear very dark but I just got a new monitor so it may just be a brightness issue. Going to go try UT 2003 and see how they do.

Well all is good with UT and UT 2003... for those that have edited the ini file in 2003 don't ya think OpenGL looks nice in the demo?

Chaos, how did you get OpenGl enabled in the UT2K3 demo?!

Yeah, i remember those times when the Det's were alot smaller. *sigh* those where the good times, had a new driver in 5 to 6 minutes nowadays it's more like a hour for me well maybe they put a Refresh Fix for Opengl who knows?
What exactly do you mean by

Are they really slower then them? Hopefully they are faster then the 3x.xx series.
Downloading them anywayz, does anyone tried them with BF 1942 yet?
I always get with the 40.xx series Flashing and slowdowns (40.41 and 40.52 both have it)
