Are these officials or are they just the 66.31s with a modified inf to include the geforce 4 cards?

MIG

the original un modified inf download is WHQL but only for the 6600 series and its quadro equiv

modding the inf automatically removes whql

So, I hate to be a Noob and ask this, but what is the difference between the standard, Forceware, and Omega drivers for Nvidia cards???

standard drivers provided from nvidia for all their cards are called ForceWare, Omega's forcewares are just moddified drivers for better quality and/or performance, there are also starstorm drivers, also moddified
