From what I can tell, they seem to be a tweaked in version of the 66.70's. Probably tweaked for the 3DMark05 Bench. Cause my scores didn't change all that much between the two drivers. (like 50 points up or down) Definately worth the test in my opinion...seeing how everyone has differing setups.
*EDIT: I did notice in GAMES that the 66.81's don't seem to perform as smoothly as the 66.70's do for my 6800GT. (if anyone else comes to this conclusion, please feel free to lemme know.)

I just tested them out with my Ti4200 and I saw a noticeable improvement in the AA/AF quality, but I could be still hung over too...
![]() But nothing seen in FPS difference. Now maybe with the 6800 there will be?

I HAVE a 6800GT, and I didn't notice a big improvement. Game wise, I prefer the 66.70's. They're the smoothest performing so far...*sigh* I want the good driver set to come out...

Yes, it is just better for running 3DMark05.

they are horrible, gave me constant BSODs related to those drivers, since I went back to the 66.71s, I have no issues.

Man I totally agree. I am using my Ti4200 Right now (and on my old P3 933 System) and BFVN/Halo never ran so good or even aloud me to run with AA/AF settings till now. These 66.71s are nice and trim as far as hurting performance. I was actually enjoying BFVN now with the extra eye candy and more fluid movement (i.e. speed). Thanks!
