Nvidia 52.16 Drivers (should I update?)

What should I do?

I have the Omega drivers 1.5672 I think it is and just installed them last night and I'm wonderin should I d/l these 52.16 drivers from Microsoft for my Nvidia GeForce4 MX 420?

I have this little Windows thing tellin me to update but i won't do anything til you guys tell me.

I would keep the omegas. Microsoft's driver update is pathetic. It keeps wanting to update my Viewsonic monitor drivers.
