Refresh rate fix?

hello all. i recently installed the 66.81 for testing purposes and ran into a small bug. anytime i run a 3d app, it resets my refresh rate back to 60hz. whats the deal? has anyone else had this problem? is there a fix for it?

Download MultiRes from http://www.entechtaiwan.com/util/multires.shtm .

Install the proggy and set it to startup with Windows, then go to the about Window and select "lock refresh rates". Afterwards right click on the icon in the taskbar and go to each resolution you use, and then go to the refresh rate and select the rate you want to use. Afterwards it should lock in the rates when you play games.
