fX 5700 % Tv card problem

Hi everybody
I installed the new OMEGA driver and they are giving some problem when
I use my TV card
I can't have a full screen resolution I have to reduce the TV aspect
ratio or the TV window, if I don't do that the bottom of the TV [a
quarter of the screen] show a lot of lines. I do not having this
problem if I use the NVDIA driver.
Do you have any idea how to solve this problem ?

Windows 2000 + SP4, DirectX 9C
graphic card : FX 5700
Tv card : MM100PCTV. This is an hold model the only driver I can use
