GF5200 128bit and MOH: PA problem

My friend has a problem. The game starts but when loadin main menu the computer restarts, other games are workin ok, even HL2.

sys specs:

PIII celeron tualatin1.2@1.6MHz
ASUS TUSL2-C
512MB SDRAM
HDD Maxtor 80GB
oN BOARD SOUND c-mEDIA

he tried the game with series of drivers startin from 56.72 till the newest betas

any solution? thanx
