Thumbs Down! AOPEN MX440 8X AGP LIGHT problem?

Hello,

I have a problem,
my computer crashes often when I'm seeing a DVD, playing a game or making a movie.
I was thinkin wath the problem could be and now I think it must be: or my 3d-card or my motherboard.
My video card = AOPEN MX440 8X AGP LIGHT
I have updated my nvidia driver lately
(NVIDIA Display Driver for Windows 2000/XP version 56.72)
(NVIDIA Display Driver for Windows 2000/XP version 61.77)

are there other people who have the same problem?
or does anybody know what the problem really is?

my computer:
AMD Athlon(tm) XP 2000+
DDR 256 MB PC-2700

MAXTOR 40 GB 7200RPM
AKASA 821
motherboard: ECS L7S7A2L

3D-card: AOPEN MX440 8X AGP LIGHT
