Knyz's Spirit fury NV driver and NV30 optimization
I wanna to discuss about this drivers with other FX users. U use FX5700.I installed them with NV3x optimisation, HL2 DX9 source FX optimization, I force dxlevel 90 in HL2 by editing dxsupport.cfg file, run timedemo and shock : only 11 fps....... My card on old Omega 53.03 driver scores 14 fps. And i ask : where ale optimizations, where is new DX9 performance for FX cards? Maybe driver installer is corrupt od invaild? Hey FX users - write about your experimence with these drivers...... Knyz says that it can give preety incerase performance, but i have seen only decerase
How it works on yours FX's ? Knyz - we want to cooperate with you - please check instaler and reg files. We will help you with testing this drivers Last edited by Opson; Nov 29, 2004 at 12:48 PM. |

I use the NV4x path for my FX5950U, works a treat. DX9 is just as quick as DX8 was, if not slightly quicker
