Default Post cant get the detonator 40.XX higher then 75Hz

Hi.

When I set my desktop at anything higher then 75Hz I can still se that it doesnt actually rasi it and I can even set the refresh rate to 240Hz and it still only are 75Hz (and my monitor can max handle 85Hz at the resolution i use. Because I´m sensitive to flickering I can actually se that its only using 75Hz and because I can set what refresh rate I like whitout burbning my monitor I can tell the drivers have a huge bug in it. Is there any way to submit a bug to nvidia or is this a know bug that you can fix in any way all the detonator 30.xx works great and sets corect refrshrate and if I try to set to high my monitor goes blank as usuall. The second big problem is that despöite I use the nvrefresh program or the built in nvidia refresh overide when plaing Tony Hawk Pro Skater 3 (even if I disable vsync) it only display 60Hz/fps and I have tried turning the game down to minimum still the same. This is a big issue since I like the detonator 40.xx serie and wanna use it but cant under this circumstances.

grabing it whil test soon but dont think it will works since the drivers themself doesnt seem to switch to anything higher then 75 and most ppl cant even tell the diference and will probably think it isnt anything wrong because I can chose 100hz and it says its using 100hz but I can still se the diferense so unless this program doesnt just apply regentries like refresh force and go into the driver and check how many hz it uses it most likely whont work but will post and are crossing my finger that it works and thx for the suggestion

well run the program set 1024x768 at 100hz as it should then go black if this program works and then I pressed apply it said if I change mode it will use the new setting applied so I changed and well it was still flickering and didnt go black tried severall times will try to apply then reboot bnut as i said this must be in the drivers so ned aprogram that can overide the drivers and just dont edit the registry.
