cant upgrade my drivers

um running a laptop with xp pro sp1, fxgo5200(dell)
i have the 5x.xx . so ive been tryin to update the drivers to t5he ones i downloaded from nvidia, the 6x.xx.but they keep rolling back and i cant find any diffrence in benchmarks. my card is slow.

n.b are there any patches which will make it a fulldx9 card?

you can't just use the normal forceware drivers. go to this site:
