I believe that one reason is simply that the Geforce FX5600 is a bit outdated today. I would recommend an FX5400 or above, and an Ultra of those series mind you. Other than that your specs seem to be up to date. Other reasons may vary between quite a few possibilites. Bad installation, OS malfunction, improper dirvers, outdated DirectX or other such. Try to get as updated as possible, and then see what happens. Glad to try and help.

I suggest buying an FX 5700 Ultra, and leaving the FX 5200 along all together its not a very good card. I swiitch from an 5200 ultra to a 5700 ultra and play all the latest games with no problems.

...well, a 5200 goes for <$50 CDN so keep that in mind when recommending faster cards. Some peeps don't have the $$$.

My laptop came with a go5200 and I played through HL2 at 8*6 with no problems. Would I prefer a 9700? Yeah, but there aren't any Tablet PCs with a 9700 so one does what they can.

u're right , in the marjority of time when we ask for help here people just tell us to get a new video card but they don't realise that money is not a easy thing to get nowadays.before they tell us to get a new one they should donate one first

The leadtek and msi should be pretty close, so it doesn't matter a whole lot.

Dude you siggy is OVERSIZED read the rules
400 pixels wide by 100 pixels high is the MAX

Your image is 91 pixels wide by 150 pixel high
You need to fix that.....

...................

With thats said the 5200 is a severly underpowerd card. 250mhz core 400mhz memory DX 8.1 and partail DX9 support. the killer comes in it's pixel pipes it has 4 but alot of the time only utillizes 2. The 5600 isn't any better.

you need a 5700 or better (NOT LE)
