Tried http://www.hardwareheaven.com/downloads/nforce_284.zip but keep getting the keepout message. Any solutions?

if you are having this problem
disable all download managers and lower firewall while clicking inital link. this is an anti leeching script to stop bandwidth stealing from other websites (as was happening).
