Farcry problem after Nvidia Omega driver install.

I've just installed the Nvidia Omega drivers for my Geforce FX5500 card.
When running farcry at any resolution the terrain and water features are all coloured light blue. Anybody know the solution?

try another driver set. the omegas are based on the 61.77s which are pretty old already. some good sets are the 65.73, 66.70, 66.81s, etc.

look for some driver comparision threads. I'll try looking later. gotta get back to work.

Omega drivers

Use nVidia drivers ,Omega and other drivers give always problems, because the
a few ppl develop or mod these drivers , and where not tested on all demanding games.

nVidia has a whole team to test it on those games.
And whats the big deal about those 3th party drivers ?

Have you tried installing the v1.1 or v1.3 patch, i installed the v1.1 and it fixed greyed out images with the 61.77 drivers. I am using the Qmega 1.6177 (Q) drivers and IMO are the best set of drivers for my FX5900
