Omega Driver probs with Geforce fx5200!!
i downloaded newest omega drivers for nvidia. 1.6177 for my geforce fx 5200, and i went from getting 99 fps in cs to now 50. what is this? ive heard nothing but good things about omega so whats the deal? i uninstalled my old nvidia drivers, put these new ones and the thing is still being a pos. v-sync and stuff are off. what should i do?

These drivers are based on the old Forceware drivers. You should use the newer officialy release drivers from nVidia, or some of the beta drivers. Omega does great stuff, but the nVidia ones are pretty old. I would expect the problem you are having is because of the older driver version. Do some looking around in this nVidia section of the forums, you will see that this has been asked, and answered a couple of times....
