Pissed Display Drivers for Advent Laptop

Hi,

Don't know if anyone could please help - this problem is driving me mad.

Got an Advent 7018 Laptop with a Geforce 4 440 Go card. The manufacturer cannot provide me with any display drivers, so hence I have ended up looking at modded drivers like these Omegas. Thought they would be the solution but when they are installed I only get 800*600 in 4 bit color maximum.

Driving me mad - I work in IT and I've spent 30 hrs on this laptop. A couple of hours getting rid of netsky and the rest getting the drivers for the pesky thing. At the end of my options. Don't ask me why I can't go to the manufacturer cause I'll only swear.

Only tried the latest omegas so far, would older ones be worth trying?
