WinFast A350 GeForce FX 5900 drivers problem

I wonder if anyone could help me to sort this problem out.Until recently I have never had any problems with my card, drivers or any games performace on my PC.It all started when I was trying to play couple of new DVDs using Power DVD.I got message that discs can not be played as TV out option on my card is enabled.Since I would not know how to disable TV out I downloaded and installed new driver as suggested possible solution.Well,I can play DVD's now but for some strange reason most of my games (Rome Total War,Battlefield Vietnam/1942.Raven Shield) simply CTD when loading.Games seem to be playing ok when I use old driver from original CD that came with the card but would not play with anythign else

Any ideas ?

PS.This is message I get when CTD

"The driver nv4_disp for the display device \Device\Video0 got stuck in an infinite loop. This usually indicates a problem with the device itself or with the device driver programming the hardware incorrectly. Please check with your hardware device vendor for any driver updates."
