Default Post

Ok Ladies and Germs,

I jhave installed and adjusted the Settings to 41.03 (don't have 41.09, don't know if I can find them) and I must say that I don't see any improvement over the 40.72. Could it just be my system / game / me?? Well here is a run down of my Game~Box.

Shuttle AK31a (latest BIOS update)
AMD 1700+ XP
DDR 2100 512meg
Xtasy G4 440 MX (64meg)
Creative SB Live!
WD 30g ATA 100 on a Promise 100 tx2 Board
HP 9500b Burner
Creative 52X
1.44 Floppy
56 Winmodem (yuck)

Did I leave out anything ... Oh yeah, I am Dual booting ME/XP Pro SP1.

Welp Laterz all....

RIP!

???

What OS are us trying to play the game in dude??? Does the same thing happen in both OS's. Perhaps it's a conflict with the two versions of Detonators on your machine.

XP ... Do u mean a conflict between the detonators as in it didn't remove the 40.72 drivers well enough??

RIP!

Dual boot can cause driver problems. But I really don't think that is the root of your problem.

Hi..does anybody know why the Det 41.09 WHQL drivers are double the size of the leaked drivers here?Hey man..if you can't wait I suggest doing something with your time.. such as going out and buy a chipset fan!It might sound unnecessary but the overall system improvement is much more noticable than a detonator update..trust me!
