Serious Problem With 40.72 drivers LOOK

Lo guys over the last few days my system has been experencing a weird problem with my refresh rate on all versions of drivers.

I install say the 40.72 drivers test out my fps in game it comes to 60 the deflaut i install a refresh rate fix like the refresh lock 1.1 i go to play CS and i get 50 fps instead of the 100. This problem has only been happening in the last few days errr.

I have tried anything installing different drivers installing different refresh rate programs , installing all my games again. Ive treid everything i keep getting 50 fps in games when i should be getting 100.

My monitor does support 100fps in 1024v768 resolution.

Please can someone help me.

Forget 40.72 and install 41.03!

Your Bios setting may be affecting this, can you list what CPU/MB and the settings you have for them?

Ive installed the 4103 and are using them still the same problem.

CPY ATHLON XP 1800+
Geforce 4 ti 4600
512 ddr ram
19inch sony monitor.

I have AGP FAST WRITES switched off in bios what other info do you want mean 96

There are several setting in the bios that can affect the video cards performance.

Check the following

Graphics Aperture Size: Should be a minimum of 128MB for your card

AGP Capability: Should be at least 4X

Video Memory Cache Mode: should be set to AGP

The memory setting and CPU settings can also have an effect.

What is the operating system?

Do you have anything running in the background?

AGP APERTURE SIZE IS 128

FAST WRITES ON
SIDEBAND ADDRES IS ON

I get an error log look at this

25 November 2002 nv GR SW Notify Error on 0002 d3d09701 00000597 00001b08 00010f0f 00000002

i get loads of this can anyone help me with this error

it seems to be nvidia

nv= nvidia

Found the Problem it was Yzdock.

Please dont lecturer me on its not Yzdock becuase ive had this conversion on a differemt forum and its 100% sure its Yzdock.
