I need a program that...

... lets you change refresh rates of selected resolutions. Something like HzTool (but not HzTool, ofcourse). You guys know what I mean, right? It needs to work with Win98se, and the 2x.xx Detonators that I run on my GF2 Ti200.

Try Nvhardpage....i think its at guru3d

Or even PowerStrip may give you these options..
