Errors in Errorlog

Hi guys, this is my first post. I hope I am in the correct topic.

I am running xp, 2.2 GH, Ti 4600 128 MB, Dx9.0 beta, 512MB.

I am getting flooded (error log full) with the following error messages in my error log each/every time I run CFS3 with any 40.XX driver:

The description for Event ID ( 13 ) in Source ( nv ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: \Device\VideoPdo0, 0001 d3d09701 00000597 00001b54 0f024000 00000002.

I am forced to run the 30.82 driver to prevent the error which cause studders and blinks. Can anyone help me step up to the faster 40.XX drivers without getting the errors or do you think it is a Microsoft CFS3 problem? Thanks for any help.
