Irregularities in the 4X.XX series of drivers
Anyone out there realize some subtle irregularities with the 4X.XX drivers? The only place I can find it is in a simple puzzle game: Snood. The 41.09 run it fine. But the 41.80 and 42.01 run the game really slowly and choppy. I have Madonioned all the drivers and have results that are all similar. All my games run fine with any of the three drivers..... It's just damn Snood that runs weird. I think that other older simple games might run odd too...but I cannot find games that have a problem running.
Anyone see something like this with the 41.80 or 42.01 drivers with any sort of game? It just bugs the hell out of me. I reverted to the 41.09 drivers. Anyone hear or notice a difference like this?

The 41.80s SUCKED the big one dude...
I mean alot of points lost in 3dmark and FPS in my games( i also noticed some clipping). The 42.01s...hmmmm...back to the 41.09s performance and thats about all i could notice. And im running them with DX9(official) Well all i can say is that i am really disappointed from the "new" series so far...

Noticed in Counterstrike with 42.09 (& few others! Can't remember which) that whilst dead in overhead map view that everything moves alarmingly slowly, pings go crazy(3000ms) and actually lag the servers i'm connected too, have experienced this with GF2MX, GF2 Ultra, & GF4MX440...this is only problem I've had with em! Another thing I 've noticed with det's if I use WHQL cert drivers I get crazy pyschodelics in open gl after random amounts of time, progressivly turning into coloured squares untill rebooted! I was wondering if anyone else has suffered with either of these problems!
