Here is the thing.

You have an older card. The newer drivers are for the lastest cards mainly (7xxx & 6xxx). However, these newer drivers have bug fixes in them as well. The problem /w the Omega drivers is they're based on a much older version than currently what is available else where. So really it's up to you.

Do you want to try the newer drivers, or do you just want to stick /w the Omega's.

Those are the latest drivers he has out for Nvidia cards. The current Forceware drivers are 81.95.

Your card maybe newer tech, just remember a few things.

1. Your card maybe newer but it's level of processing maybe the same as his Geforce 4. Example the card you have is a lower end card, and if he has the GF 4 4600 it might be faster.

2. The Geforce 4 he has is of older tech. so it won't look as nice as your card. Which means it has less to do, so it maybe faster.

3. If he's using an AGP card it's has faster access to his system than your PCI card would.
