nVidia nForce Unified Remix 8.22 4.0

just found these on google, tried em out they seem ok,


This nForce Win2K/XP driver package contains the below components:

SATA RAID driver version 6.24 (customised stable beta)

RAIDTOOL application version 6.22 (customised stable beta)

well, the makers have updated them to 5.0 and im using em now,.. they run excellently, only thing i had to do was as guided by the author was to kill the adaptec aspi and copy in nero's wnaspi32.dll to system32... runs fine

I tried out the previous versions (4.0 series, I believe) and didn't run into any problems either. However, I am a bit hesitant to install "modded" system drivers anymore, due to false promises by the authors. I can't guarantee you'll run into problems using these, but if your system behaves differently (random slowdowns throughout the system, sudden connection drops, etc.), don't be reluctant to point the finger at these.

which promises were false?

they really speed up my nf2 and the drivers network drivers no longer cause bsod

the creator is redeveloping a v6 to fix up those who can't install the ethernet and for those who can't get ethernet working at full speed on nf3/4 mobos, which means going back to 4.8.2
