x800xl graphic bugs
Hiho,
I posted this already in the ATI Graphic-Card Forum. I do not know if this Error is Hardware or Software site (i think and hope software) and so i post it in this driver forum, too. I have a major problem with my x800xl in 3d games (all 3d games). there seems to be a problem with overlaying textures. i have some screens here, so show you the problems: BF2: http://www.directupload.net/show/d/622/3Fbe9mW8.jpg COD2: (with bug) http://www.directupload.net/show/d/622/xKz5SqXy.jpg (without bug, different angel) http://www.directupload.net/show/d/622/LAlzgjSE.jpg while moving, and changing the angel, the textures start to "flicker". has someone an idea? i tried many drivers to fix that problem, but i did not find a solution. off hand i can say make sure to use drivercleaner when changing drivers, and maybe the card(or your whole cpu)needs the dust blown out of it??

I Really do not know what is wrong, but i think it has something to do with the "Z" coordinates of the overlaying textures. Is there any Driver/Software Option that has to do with that? |
