ATI 850 GTO
Win XP 64
Intel Pentium 4 3.2GHZ E Processor 800FSB
OCZ Platinum EL XTC PC2-6400 1GB 2X512 DDR2 CL4-5-4-15 240PIN DIMM Dual Channel Memory

Used Drive Cleaner to uninstall old drivers. (yes correctly used, followed instructions)
Installed the new 6.4 cats.
Now when ever I reboot, I get this error message.

You do not have enough privleges to change Catalyst Control Center settings. Please contact System Administrator to change settings.

I am the admin on my comp.

Just wondering if there is away to access the Control Center?
If I try to acess it from desk top short cut, or from the program list. I get the same error as I do when system boots.
