Problem with drivers (ATI & Omega)

I have just bought a new TFT Monitor by LG. (26LX1D). I have it currently running on a HDMI/ DVI cable that I also just purchased. The video card is a ATI 9600 XT that I bought quite awhile ago. (Still does its job!)

The problem I am having has to do with screen resizing during different resolutions. For example:

My current resolution is 1024 X 768 (4:3) with no resizing issues. When I bump up the resolution to a wide screen format, 1280 X 720 (16:9 @ 720p) the picture is too big for the monitior. I cannot find the settings on the official Catalyst 6.4 drivers to resize the screen. When i used ATI Tray tools with the omega drivers, there was no effect on the screen size when click the arrows for resizing numerous amounts of times.

So in essence, I am just asking how do I resize my screen so it fits onto my monitor with ATI's drivers with CCC.
