problem with display

I have an IBM t60 with x1300 gfx card, and I recently just noticed a problem with the display. The whole screen appears grainy. It is especially noticible on black colors. I have no clue what could have caused this, I'm not sure if its the omega 6.5 drivers I installed, or the ATI Tool 0.24 I installed. I don't think a picture will come out since it appears the grains are actually on the screen itself. I included a pic just in case. If anyone knows what is going on I would appreciate it.

I don't see any problems on your picture. Is only the text grainy or everything?
