ATI Radion 9800 Pro - Upgrade Drivers?

I have a ATI RADEON 9800 PRO AGP 8X 256MB DDR 256 BIT video card in a system I built in 2004. Should I still be updating drivers?

I know it's now an older card and wonder if I really gain anything with driver updates anymore, or if it is just a waste of time?

I'm currently running Omega Drivers v3.8.231 (6.3) successfully with no problems.

YES! Always keep your drivers up to date, they are constently optimizing stuff -- will mainly effect your performance in new games.

Thanks for the reply. I went ahead and uninstalled the old Omega drivers and installed the new v3.8.252 version. Works fine!

It's always good to refresh your drivers, even while having older video card. Some optimizations still affect it (or bugfixes in games).
