ATT profile does not change resolution.
Hi.
I have recently installed omega drivers 38252 with ATT. I have created two display profiles, one with only monitor (1024x768) and the second with only TV-out (720x576). When I switch to the TV profile the proper resolution is not set, switching to monitor profile always correctly changes resolution. My video card is Radeon 9550. I will appreciate any advice on the problem. Last edited by romgohan; Jun 8, 2006 at 08:20 PM. |

I'm not familiar with that resolution for TV. I use either 800x600 or 1024x768. Do either of those work?
Also, do you have the TV connected using the dongle that came with the card? Is there a S-Video Out connection on that card? If so, try that. Also, when using the TV OUT, make sure you change the settings on the TV itself...whether by changing channels and/or input to acknowledge the correct signal. |

I have display on TV and I can set 1024x768, 800x600 or (what I want) 720x576(set with MulitRes installed with omega drivers) without problems. The problem is the ATT, when changing profile, does not set the resolution for TV. After changing the profile the TV resolution is 1024x768 (the same as desktop) but when I saved the profile I had 720x576 resolution set.
Any help? |

It is working now! I have defined the profile again (maybe fifth time) and it suddenly started to switch proeprly the resolution. I really cannot tell if I did something different this time, but it works.
