Radeon 9600 & 7000

I have to cards in my system:
Radeon 9600 (AGP)
Radeon 7000 (PCI)

I want to use the 7000 as a secondary display (for checking e-mail and such) while using the 9600 as primary for games, programming, etc.

I have installed the lastes omega drivers (3.8.252) on Windows XP Home. They both show up in device manager as having these drivers, but when I open the display manager: I have only the 9600 listed, not the 7000

Any one know how to get the 7000 to appear?
