I have downloaded 5 drivers for my 9600xt and Im still having problems.

I downloaded the new ati drivers, the new omega drivers, and some other omega drivers and my game still crashes. The new drivers didnt work at all it would just go into vpu recover immediatly.

Ok I followed driver cleaners directions exactly then installed the latest ati drivers and I still get VPU recovers that crash my game.

Well if you can find the old 4.12 drivers you may have luck. They were really stable with the 9600 series

Did you try tuneup software?

I got it fixed. I just had to do a system restore.
