Dual monitor... taskbar bug

Hi, i've hercules 8500le->Ati 8500le, winxp, plutonium x43.

I choose to extend the desktop on second monitor [in my case, a tv], which has the same resolution of the first [1024x768].
Then i use my dual head system, drag windows from left to right, extend windows to occupy all the 2 screens etc etc and all is fine but... if i drag a video right on the second screen, and i put if on full screen... the task bar in the left screen becomes invisible! i can still access start menu pressing ctrl-esc o winkey, but i need the fuckin taskbar visible...

[ps: i know that i can use theater mode, but i need dual monitor and "sometimes" full screen video in the right screen, while full desktop on the left]

[ps2: i also noticed that in some configuration, the task bar in dual monitors extends on both screens... while mine is only in the left screen. why?]

Any1 incurred in this problem and can help me?

ugh. this is why i gave up with hydravision...
