DRIVER-for Sapphire RAdeon X1600 -512?

just managed to get this card and asking you people for advice..
What is the best driver I can use for this card

The very latest ones. Try the official 6.6 drivers (or the 'Chuck patch' - wich allows you to use AA+HDR in oblivion).

Other sets worth trying are the DH Zeropoint drivers. These are drivers that go for visual quality - you games will look nicer then with other drivers, but these also come with a performance hit, because of the improved quality (e.g. Adaptive enabled by default).

The Omega drivers are the ones i consider the most mature. Omega drive has alot of experience and has now gotten hold of an X1900XTX (current generation) and will more easily be able to tweak the drivers to benefit X1000 cards. These, i see as a "balanced" set, wich comes with both improved quality and performance. They also have the benefit of working with any laptop.

The NGO optimized drivers. I don´t know much about these, but i know they feuture a "ultra" version wich improves the way the memory on the card is used (works for 256+mb cards). So try those and see if they help in reducing Stuttering in heavy games like FEAR or Oblivion.

But always try to use "current" drivers, e.g. the latest version (modded or not).
