Problems with GTA3!

Hey folks!

I'm new to this board but some might know me from Rage3d!

I have problems with "GTA3"!

First I will post my sys specs:

AMD TB 1200 (not oc'ed)
384 MB PC-133 SD-RAM
Asus A7Pro (KT133)
Ati Radeon 7500 (not oc'ed)
Turtle Beach Santa Cruz

The problem is, that every Plutonium (Pluonium/Omega and the X43) driver is messing up the game completely. When I get in, I can't see anything. It's all sky and ground!
As soon as I use Omegadrives non-plutoniums or the ATI ones, everything is fine again.

Recently I've read on a german forum, that someone has the same problem like me.

What can it be??
