Omega driver and Battlefield 2 problem

Have just installed the newest Omega driver, and when i start BF2 there is a resolution problem. The game starts without filling out the whole screen. There are large areas of black on both sides of the screen. It is the same as if you are watching tv in the format 4:3 on a 16:9 screen. There are black areas on both sides of the grapichs.

This problems also occur on games like Company of Heroes.

How do I fix this?

Asus A6Ja notebook
ATI x1600 256mb mobile
1gb ram
