Looking for drivers for sony vaio k74
Hi all,
I have Sony Vaio PCG K-74 I am looking for displya drivers for the same, if some one knows where I can find that please let me know........ Thanks, Amit |

The processor is not IA64 compatible. Checked specs of the Sony Vaio PCG-K74 specs:
http://vaio-online.sony.com/prod_inf...fications.html This is just a regular P4 2.8GHz unless you've changed the processor and have installed Windows XP Professional X64 then you can try the IGP driver listed in ATI's website.

I have P-4 2.80 GHz. with XP Home edition on it. I have not changed the specs........ Please suggest |

as mentioned before by Hapatingjaky (btw, that was very thoughtful of you, Hapatingjaky.) check the specs of your Sony VAIO model.
if the existing system processor has no support for Intel EM64T (Intel Extended Memory 64 Technology), then you cannot run Windows XP x64 Edition under the computer system. however, i will be damned if you just looking for the drivers to use on Windows XP Home Edition.
