how big are regular ATI drivers these days?

the xp x64's been 30-40 meg with the CCC

Uploading the drivers now, I rar'd them so hold on....

Is the only change to these drivers Crossfire now works in Vista? I havent seen anything else.

Catalyst 6.13b Driver Only

7= the 7th year of ATi Catalyst drivers...
but look at the driver build version...7.1=8.31 | 6.13=8.33
So 7.1is actually older than 6.13!

This is a Windows Vista driver which brings higher frame rates and some graphical corruption issues corrected (Oblivion and Max Payne);

Crossfire is now supported in Windows Vista but Vertical Sync still doesn't work.

Also there has been some reports of CCC not installing/starting properly or at all.

This is an ASUS leaked beta driver not supported by ATi. if you give it a go, post some comments, performance wise!

I downloaded the ATI Catalyst 7.1 @ NGOHQ.com (CP Version). My Rig shows 8.33 !?

I'm using the official CAT 7.1s download and installed with CCC. My driver version is as below:

Driver Packaging Version 8.33-061220m-040997C-ATI

yes, that's right .. dunno why 7.1 should be older thant 6.13 beta .. maybe it wasn't really 7.1 .. ATI .. in the name of strangeness
