Can not activate S-Video in CCC

Hi,Have a Mainboard with ATI Radeon Xpress200 in my htpc.Connection to tv is via S-Video, but i can not activate S-Video in CCC 7.1. Cable connection is ok. Pictures are colored but the tv shows only composite signal on infoscreen. In ccc is comosite activate and S-Video ist greyed out. Can i force S-video output ?thx for answer
For info:First i used with an omegadriver (Version over a year old) and s-video working fine.Then change to nVidia and switch back to onBoard Xpress200 with CCC 7.1 and s-video don't run. All other work perfect!
