Guys you know what I thinking it was my gamepad causing game it self to crash? I have Saitek rumble pad P2500 If I plug it in game crashes to desktop but if I unplug it game works Does anyone else confirms this on Saitek game pads?

I can confirm that the game is crash/gamepad dependent. I am using a PS2-USB gamepad and the game will not start up or of it does the game will crash to desktop. However if I use my gamepad pro, no problems
