Omega's excellent 2407a or 3.3's?

I was thinking of doing the Super fresh install, as described so well by Genius.
I was wondering if anyone had the inside line on what advantages, if any,
the upcoming Cat 3.3's would have over Omega's excellent 2407 a/ Cat 3.2's.

That's quite a lengthy un-install/install process, and I just got a new HDD, so
I really only want to do this once.

Thanks.

i seriously doubt you would see THAT much of an improvement in an incremental driver release, just go with what you know if your in a hurry, or if you really want the other drivers wait and see how they perform before doing the re-format.

plus, its not like you'll never be updating drivers again, it's unavoidable, if you use the correct tools you can remove all traces of older drivers and have absolutely no impact on your machines performance....

System Specs

for you 9700 users the omegas might be better with that 9800 patch...however, i thought i remembered some huge improvements to be released with the new cats...i dunno, for me and my 8500, the cats have been better, but i always try the omegas as well.
