Catalyst 6.8 - 7.3 handles leak with Armed Assault

I decided to post this in standalone thread (admin/mods forgive my sin ) as CM most likely missed my answer in main thread about 7.3

We would like to notify you we have identified a bug in the ATI drivers, which can cause gradual performance degradation while playing ArmA.
The bug is confirmed by the ATI team and they are working on a fix. The bug can be seen both in Catalyst 7.1 and 7.2, we did not test with older versions yet.

While uploading geometry data to the card, driver sometimes opens a process handle without closing it later, resulting in a leaked handle.
If you are an advanced user, you can verify if you are affected by the issue by checking the handle count in the Task manager while running ArmA in a window.
If you see handle count raising gradually,....
exits in Catalyst 6.8 till 7.3 including 7.3 Stalker hotfix

now since 7.3 this problems seems to exist only for Intel platform users (confirmed by tens ArmA users in BIS support forum)

in short i would like to know if there is chance to get this fixed prior 7.4 (aka another hotfixed 7.3) or in 7.4 WHQL or in hotfixed 7.4 ? or we need to wait even longer ?
and i noticed AMD.ATI released STALKER hotfix for Crossfire users
and i'm nearly sure there is more ArmA owners with Intel + ATI than Crossfire users with STALKER ...

being plagued by this since Nov 2006 is quite depressing

thanks anyone for time to answer or/and help ...
