Greetings and Welcome to DriverHeaven!

ATI made one set (CAT 6.2) to support the legacy Windows ME/9x OS. Your listed video cards should be supported.

The only way you'll get CCC for Windows ME/9x is to get the CCC with drivers, too. AMD/ATI no longer supports the legacy Windows, so, you won't be finding any newer CCC just for Windows ME/9x.

In fact, AMD/ATI no longer even supports your video cards. No DirectX8 cards are supported any longer.

I'm not sure I understand the point of the question if you're not wanting drivers as well. CCC will only work with drivers made for the same OS. Maybe if you'll explain the objective you have, we can give a better answer.

Its cool i understand, CCC is only for xp/2000 and so on. I just thought there was something for win9x.

Btw, i am looking for a control panel for win9x. I think its 6.14.5113, it has something called: OpenGL Hardware Acceleration and W-buffer settings in the open GL and direct3D settings.

I'm looking for it at the moment, but if you come across it, let me know. Thanks!

Plenty of 3rd party addons such as Rage3D Tweak let you set the W Buffer (which only works on pre DX9 cards anyway)

CCC wont be available on Win9X as MS never made a .NET for 9X so it wouldnt run.

I never used Windows ME and haven't personally used Windows 98SE in a couple of years now. So, I'm sort of shooting in the dark here. BUT, the link I posted above to the ATI/AMD Windows Legacy drivers shows the following information. Notice, this is a current screen capture of that site and I've highlighted in red the Catalyst Control Center inclusion:
