Help finding a driver for Mobility 9600 laptop

I've got an old laptop that needs an udated driver set for a Radeon Mobility 9600. When I go to AMD's site, they want me to install some program to check and see what driver I need to download, but I can't connect this computer to the internet (ethernet is broken). Is there a recommended driver that will work with an old card like that? It is on a Dell Inspiron 8500 laptop if that helps.

The Omega drivers should work for you.

Or you can download the regular catalyst drivers from ATI (not mobility) and use dhmodtool to modify them so they work on mobility radeon.
