latest omega drivers doesnt work with Jetway Radeon 7500

in fact, the latest drivers from the Jetway site and the ATI reference drivers screw up my system

after installing either 3 of the drivers (including the omega one), right after the winxp logo, my monitor will refresh a few seconds and then reboot
i have to use safe mode to remove the drivers and then install the one that came with the card
its the only driver that works with the card

so now i cant update the drivers at all
wat can i do ????????

and, how do i uninstall 'ATI RADEON WDM DRIVERS FOR WIN9X/ME/2K/XP' drivers for the VIVO and AIW cards ?
mine isnt either of them but i just installed it to use the tv overscan feature mentioned in another thread (how do i get the overscan feature to work ????!)
and now i think its because of the wdm drivers that gta3 wont play on my system
